Rand K. Rosenbaum
Rand Rosenbaum is a Senior Partner of Rosenbaum Design Group (RDG) who earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University's College of Art, Architecture and Planning (CAAP) in 1985 and has been granted admission to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a participating member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Rand has developed an extensive knowledge of building codes and zoning ordinance regulations, enabling him to successfully testify before numerous boards and secure municipal approvals on behalf of RDG's clients. He a member of both the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. (ICSC). Rand is on the Board of Directors and is a former President of an ancestral not-for-profit organization, The Puchowitzer Society, Inc. (founded in 1895). He is an executive officer for his community's civic association and a committee advisor to his local Board of Education. Most recently, Rand became a volunteer for the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC). He resides on Long Island with his family.
