Having trained with former NYS Boxing Commissioner, Randy Gordon, I enjoy a good workout session and appreciate the sport as a spectator. Wrap your hands and don a pair of gloves, 30 minutes of shadow boxing, heavy bag & speed bag workouts and you might just catch the bug.
