what is the importance of the prop in your photograph?

As the eldest son of an eldest son…going back seven generations…I’ve become a genealogist who’d had the fortunate assistance/advantage of family photos, records and insights shared with me (and that of my wife’s wonderful family) by dearly-missed generations. Composed during the wee hours of sleepless nights when I’m not at a public hearing's presentation, or red-lining blueprints for the next RDG workday, I’ve humbly amassed a private file of approximately 3,200+ confirmed family identities. Each name has its own respective datum of information kept stored and password-locked on my Mac laptop. Where and when possible, I’ve created a portrait shot for each family member so they can smile back every time I open this program. As heart-warming as that visual recognition is, nothing is more delightful than updating such records to include new generations whose births expand the size of this file, exponentially. All to assure that future generations will appreciate their heritage as much as their inheritance.

The benefit of RDG’s experienced reputation. In part, enabling successful public presentations + municipal approvals as the culmination of a given project’s coordination from design concept to Code-compliance, with documentation and a clear understanding of our client’s expectations. All of which is credited to the orchestration and teamwork of RDG’s talented staff + its consultants.
